Honestly, I simply love creating. I’ll use almost any medium in any type of creative practice. Including digital painting: a creative practice that collides with my computer skills.
My digital painting practice yields a different style from my traditional medium paintings. The process is much faster, more versatile, and easier to “ship” to a client in the end. I can tell more stories in a fraction of the time when I work digitally. It also takes up WAY less space in my studio!

Digital Paintings & Illustrations

Drawloween 2024
Throughout the month of October in 2024, I participated in a Halloween-themed art challenge. It had been a long time since I had worked digitally. So I decided to work through the challenge using Procreate on my iPad. I created each image in 1 to 2 days.
Below are my favorite prompt responses:
“Necromancy is for the Birds”
“Mothika”
“Do You Think They Will Buy It?”
“Taming Hearts So Wild”
“There You Are, Starseed”
Custom Posters
I hand painted the paintings below for my children. They depict my children in their favorite fantasy lands. It was fun to mimic other styles for the boys’ posters.
I created the Mario and Pokemon scenes using Adobe Illustrator, and the fantasy posters were painted in Adobe Photoshop.
This is a poster I made combining digital illustration and graphic design techniques. I used Procreate to draw the girl and Photoshop for the rest.
Fun with Photoshop
You will find more digital art in the Graphic Design and Invitation sections of this portfolio. I use a lot of digital illustration across all of my work!
